Welcome to Accademia Belcanto
"Accademia Belcanto" is a summer festival in Graz, founded by the mezzo-soprano Natela Nicoli in 2012 and held so far in a biennial rhythm.
The central event of the festival is an international singing competition, which was held with great success. There were also intensive vocal coaching courses and master classes by world-famous stars and gala concerts with the orchestra and piano.
Since 2022, the festival has gradually begun to revive again in Austria, in Germany and Spain. Master classes, intensive courses and concerts are now successfully held at the company.
Many young participants of the festival "Academia Belcanto" are now making an international career.
The final concert of Masterclass will be attended by the director of the chamber opera, who wants to give outstanding singers the oppotunity for future engagements at the Allee Theater. In addition, an internal competition will be held, the winner of which will receive a prize of 500 €.
